The 2012 Orange Krush Calendar International Model Search
Are you currently working in the fashion industry as a model or do you want to become one? Even if you thought you didn’t have it in you to grace the cover of a magazine that will be viewed globally. Ninelivez and Orange Mode Magazine can give you that chance! We are looking for models or woman who look and feel good about themselves and wish to share their story and aspirations with the world. We are looking for you! Enter the Orange Krush Calendar International Model Search! There will be three (3) Cash prize winners in all. One (1) Grand Prize winner, one (1) second prize winner and one (1) third prize winner. The selected twelve (12) Orange Krush Calendar International Model Winners will each receive a Canon digital Camera. The other nine (9) winners will be appearing in the Orange Krush International Calendar 2012 alongside the three cash winners.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
TERM
The Orange Krush Calendar International Model Search begins June 5th, 2011 and ends Nov 10th, 2011. All Entries must be emailed on or before Nov 10th 2011. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
WHO MAY ENTER
Contest is open all woman who are eighteen years of age or older as of June 1, 2011. Employees of Sponsor, and each of their affiliates and subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
HOW TO ENTER
*Entry must comply with the following requirements (“Entry Requirements”):
*To enter, you must be of contest age as of June 1, 2011. You must answer the personality questionnaire and fill out the entry form. The forms and questionnaire must be downloaded and filled out completely. Once you have filled out all the forms scan and send to the Sponsor’s email address. You can download all at NineLivez.com and Orange Mode Magazine.com. You must upload Five (5) pictures of yourself in casual, evening and swimsuit wear. The clothing must be in good taste and have the colors Orange or Black in them. “Orange preferably.”
*The entries will be chosen in accordance with the Drawing Criteria, as defined below.
CONTEST PRIZES
THE POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE FOLLOWING: (1) AN AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY AND LIABILITY RELEASE; (2) WARRANTY OF OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE; (3) PUBLICITY RELEASE; AND (4) ANY OTHER AFFIDAVITS AND/OR RELEASES OR ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED BY PRIZE SUPPLIER(S). UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE POTENTIAL WINNER MUST SIGN THESE DOCUMENTS NO LATER THAN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PRIZE NOTIFICATION IN ORDER FOR SPONSOR TO AWARD THE PRIZE. NONCOMPLIANCE OR RETURN OF PRIZE NOTIFICATION AS UNDELIVERABLE MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND, AT SPONSOR’S DISCRETION, SELECTION OF AN ALTERNATE WINNER.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected. One (1) second prize winner and One (1) third prize winner will be selected. The Grand Prize winner will receive $500.00 U.S Dollars. The Second Prize winner will receive $250.00 U.S Dollars. The Third Prize winner will receive $150.00 U.S Dollars. The other nine (9) Orange Krush International Models chosen will appear in the Orange Krush International Calendar 2012 alongside the three cash winners. All twelve Orange Krush International Models chosen will receive a free Canon digital camera and an outfit of their choice from NineLivez clothing to take photos to be used in the Orange Krush International Calendar 2012. All twelve Orange Krush International Models receive local and global exposure via the World Wide Web! All twelve Orange Krush International Models will automatically be entered into the Ultimate prize drawing to win One Thousand Dollars U.S ($1000.00). The twelve Orange Krush International Models have a one in twelve chance to win. The drawing will take place on or about the 15th of March 2012.
The twelve Orange Krush International Models chosen will be contacted by a representative from NineLivez/Orange Mode Magazine on or around the 15th of November 2011 to coordinate the delivery of winning, prizes and clothing. Once the twelve Orange Krush International Models receive the clothing and Canon digital Camera’s, the twelve Orange Krush International Models must take and send the pictures VIA email to the NineLivez/Orange Mode Magazine representative on or before Dec 08th, 2011. This is to allow for the Orange Krush International Calendar development team to produce the calendar before the beginning of the New Year 2012. If any of the twelve Orange Krush International Models fail to send in the required material they will be disqualified from being featured in Orange Krush International Calendar 2012 and the Ultimate Prize One Thousand Dollars ($1000, 00 U.S.) Drawing that will take place on or before March 15 2012.
* Retail value of Grand Prize will be the same no matter where the Winner’s residence. * No prize transfer, assignment or substitution by Winners permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize in which case a prize of comparable value, determined in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion, will be awarded. * Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. * If a/any winner is unable to fulfill the obligations stated, then, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate Winner(s) may be selected based on the selection criteria below.
SELECTION
* Public voting counts for 50% of contest. Voting is allowed once every 24 hours per IP address for each contestant. Judges panel decides the remaining 50% of contest. The panel consists of 3 judges in the entertainment industry and 2 judges from NineLivez/Orange Mode Magazine management. Their votes are based upon the following:
40% personality-answers to application questionnaire
20% photogenic-quality of photo and posing
20% physique-weight/height proportionate
20% facial features-eyes, hair, cheek bones, lips, bone structure
* Winners will be chosen on or about November 10th, 2011 and notified via phone by November 15th, 2011.
* Decisions of the Sponsor and Judges are final and binding.
* Sponsor reserves the right not to award all prizes in the event an insufficient number of eligible entries meeting the minimum judging criteria are received, as determined by Sponsor and Judges in their sole discretion.
ENTRANT LICENSES/RELEASES
Winning entries, the winners’ names, voices, likenesses, and photographs taken by the Winner may be published by Sponsor, their designees, licensees or affiliates, in one of Sponsor’s magazines or on its website, or in any other medium, and/or in press releases associated with the NINELIVEZ presents the 2012 Orange Krush International Model Search. Photographs taken by the Winners may be published by Sponsor, and/or their designees, licensees or affiliates (the “Authorized Parties”) in magazines, on websites, or in any other medium, at Authorized Parties’ discretion. By participating, all entrants grant a license in any photographs taken by All Prize winners, to the Authorized Parties, and acknowledge that the Authorized Parties may use such photographs in any media now or hereafter known, without restriction, including commercially using and exploiting them to fullest extent possible. No Authorized Party will be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use or exploitation. By participating, all entrants further grant a license in the entries to the Authorized Parties, and acknowledge that any Authorized Party may use the entries and a name credit in any media now or hereafter known, without restriction, including commercially using and exploiting the entries to fullest extent possible worldwide in perpetuity. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use or exploitation. Further, the winners waive all moral rights in and to the photographs in favor of the Sponsor. Additionally, by participating, each entrant grants to Authorized Parties the unrestricted right to photograph and film the Winners to use all statements made in connection with the Contest, and pictures, voice, and/or likeness of Contest participants, or choose not to do so, at their sole discretion. No Authorized Party will be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use or exploitation.
THIRD PARTY RELEASES/LICENSES
Upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide a signed written personal release from all persons who appear in the Photograph(s) submitted, authorizing use of the Photograph(s) by any Authorized Party in any media now or hereafter known, without restriction, including commercially using and exploiting it to fullest extent possible, including but not limited to Sponsor’s editorial publications, press releases, marketing and promotions. Similarly, upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide a signed written license from the copyright owner of any sculpture, artwork or other copyrighted material that appears in the photograph entry, authorizing use of the photograph(s) by any Authorized Party in any media now or hereafter known, without restriction, including commercially using and exploiting it to fullest extent possible, including but not limited to Sponsor’s editorial publications, press releases, marketing and promotions. All releases must be in the form provided by Sponsor. Failure to provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless NineLivez/Orange Mode Magazine, and each of their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
CONDITIONS
THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. This Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Certain restrictions may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected email. Entries void if the Sponsor determines the entry to not be an original, or if the entries are illegible, incomplete, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or theft. Participants also agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; and (b) that the decisions of the Judges are final on all matters relating to the Contest. All federal, state and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. In the event that the selected winner(s) of any prize are/is ineligible or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another winner.

To elect to have an individual’s name excluded from all such lists, submit a removal request in email to [email protected] ATTN: NINELIVEZ “Orange Krush Calendar!” This notification system may be used to prohibit mailing of all travel contests or sweepstakes by Sponsor to such individual.
